Information as of August 2017
1. Website content
The authors assume no responsibility for the currency, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. The authors exclude liability for material or non-material loss or damage as a result of the use or non-use of the information provided or the use of defective or incomplete information to the extent that the authors cannot be proven to have acted wilfully or in gross negligence. All content is without obligation and non-binding. The authors expressly reserve the right to alter, add to or remove parts of the website or the entire site without prior notice or temporarily or permanently to discontinue publication.
2. References and links
In respect of direct and indirect references to third-party websites or other documents on the Internet (hyperlinks) for which the authors are not responsible, the authors can only be made liable if they have knowledge of the content and it would be technically feasible for them, and they could reasonably be expected, to prevent the use of any illegal content. The authors hereby explicitly state that at the time links were added, there was no evidence of illegal content on the linked sites. The authors have no influence on the current or future design, content or authorship of linked sites. The authors therefore explicitly dissociate themselves from all content of linked sites modified after links were added. This applies both to all links and references in the authored website and to additions made by others in guestbooks, forums, link lists and mailing lists set up by the authors. Liability for illegal, defective or incomplete content and in particular for loss or damage resulting from the use or non-use of such information lies exclusively with the providers of the linked sites and not with those who merely link to the publication concerned.
3. Copyright and acknowledgement of sources
The authors aim to observe the copyright of images, audio documents, video sequences and text in all publications, to use self-authored images, audio documents, video sequences and text or to make use of license-free images, audio documents, video sequences and text. All trademarks and brands mentioned on the website, including those protected by third parties, are subject without restriction to the provisions of applicable trademark and brand law and the ownership rights of their registered owners. Mere reference alone shall not be interpreted to mean that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights.
The authors alone have sole copyright for objects created by the authors themselves. The reproduction or use of any such images, audio documents, video sequences or text in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted except with the authors’ express consent.
On some pages you have the possibility to enter personal or business data (such as e-mail addresses, names and postal addresses). The provision of this data is voluntary. To the extent technically feasible and reasonable, all services offered can be used without disclosing personal information or by using anonymised data or aliases. This does not apply to event registration forms and newsletter subscriptions. Third parties are expressly prohibited from sending unsolicited information using contact data such as postal addresses, phone or fax numbers or e-mail addresses published on the Legal Information page or similar pages. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone sending ‘spam’ mail in violation of this prohibition.
